WATERLAKE DESIGNS is an RIBA Chartered architectural practice in Kent. Their expertise includes new building projects, listed-building and conservation work, extensions and conversions.

They are able to provide a tailored and personal service to clients at an affordable cost. Their wide-ranging experience and imaginative design skills create singular and innovative solutions and achieve varied and often challenging forms of planning permission.

Jude and Patricia Osher and formed Waterlake Designs in 2004 and are experienced architects having practiced in London for many years. Jude Osher (previously in partnership with Igal Yawetz) designed and built many notable projects both in England and abroad, such as the rebuilding of the Grand Hotel Brighton, the Metropole hotel (now Hilton) in London and the Grand Harbour Hotel Southampton. They also specialised in football stadiums and rebuilt Tottenham Hotspur Stadium (some of these may be seen under Commercial).

They are now located in Kent, and as Waterlake Designs, have channelled their considerable skills into mainly residential architecture in southeast England and Dorset. They are committed to producing good design, incorporating the manipulation of space, form and light, together with sensitive use of materials, and integrating technical proficiency with a sound knowledge of regulatory requirements.
